About

Providing legal services since 1956

History

Kenneth E. Fox opened this law office in 1956. Mr. Fox went on to serve two terms as the Lawrence County District Attorney, as well as serve on the Ellwood City Council shortly thereafter. In 1984, Mr. Fox’s son, Gregory S. Fox, joined the firm and the practice became “Fox & Fox, P.C.”

After Kenneth E. Fox’s death in 2009, Gregory S. Fox continued to operate the practice as a sole practitioner, primarily focusing on wills, estates, elder law and real estate transactions.

In 2017, Kelsey A. Fox, the daughter of Gregory S. Fox, joined the firm. The law office continues to focus primarily on wills, estates, elder law and real estate transactions. The office remains in the same location on Sixth Street that Kenneth E. Fox opened in 1956.
